This architecture streamlines the hiring process by integrating a Next.js portal for candidates and Notion for admin management. The portal, hosted on AWS, allows candidates to submit applications, which are stored in Notion databases. Automated workflows handle key actions: emails are sent for application updates, Slack notifications inform the team, channels are created, and candidates are invited.

The system also provisions GitHub repositories for technical assessments and schedules meetings via Cal.com, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and team members. This setup minimizes manual effort while keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
