What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end integration programs related to merging financial entities, ensuring operational continuity and regulatory alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across finance, risk, compliance, IT, and operations.
- Drive consolidation of systems, data, and reporting frameworks to support scalable and compliant operations.
- Establish program governance, and manage timelines, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.
- Identify synergies, efficiencies, and optimization opportunities across merged organizations.
- Support organizational change management, stakeholder communication, and adoption of new processes.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Transformation Lead in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
- Strong background in large-scale organizational integration, transformation, or merger programs.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams at enterprise scale.
- Knowledge of regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations within financial environments.
- Strong governance, delivery, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
