We're looking for a freelance senior GitHub specialist who genuinely enjoys high-impact technical leadership at enterprise scale: someone who can roll up their sleeves to build robust GitHub Actions solutions, share battle-tested best practices, and collaborate closely with platform engineers, product owners, and dev teams to turn this upgrade into real, measurable progress.

- ⏱️ Duration: Long-term contract (12 months initially)
- 📍 Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam area (min. 2 days/week onsite)

- Provide hands-on technical support during the transition
- Design and implement GitHub Actions pipelines
- Share best practices and troubleshoot effectively
- Facilitate alignment between platform and development teams
- Accelerate adoption while maintaining stability

- 5+ years extensive GitHub experience
- 5+ years building and deploying GitHub Actions
- Demonstrated success in CI/CD tooling migrations
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong developer communication skills
