🧱 Building on Top of Other Tools

You are a software engineer but you enjoy hacking scripts to scratch your own itch since you were 14 years old. You love getting things done with whatever it takes, whether it is Excel macro, AppleScript, Keyboard maestro script, or Python/Javascript. You simply don’t give a shit about what is state of the art in programming language flame wars and is like good old school well-rounded hackers who used whatever it takes to automate and get things done ASAP.

You probably have a low social profile, not constantly bragging about your latest React project as you find it ridiculous! You tend to underestimate yourself thinking your are not as good as those outspoken marketing programmers. Your education can be anything or nothing.

🏃🏼 Learn Fast and Build Faster

Your role is to automate repetitive tasks performed by your colleagues efficiently and swiftly, operating in short cycles of building, receiving feedback, and making improvements. To achieve this, you will need to feel comfortable with jumping on a new tools and learn it while you are building on top of it.

You are a quick and avid reader, have many interests, and can't fit a usual job description. You hates repeating things and manual work. Looks always for automating something as your hobby and something you can't stop yourself from doing.

🤝 Service-Oriented Mindset

You understand that internal tools and systems directly impact your colleagues' productivity. You're passionate about creating efficient solutions and providing excellent support to help others work better.

📚 Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

You believe in well-documented code and processes. You'll maintain clear documentation for internal tools and create guides to help colleagues use them effectively.

Programming Languages:

TypeScript (primary)
Python

Web wizard: Basic HTML / CSS knowledge (Building Chrome extensions is a big ➕)

Infrastructure & Tools:

AWS Serverless services
Github Actions

Experience with macOS or Linux

Zapier or similar no-code/low-code orchestration tool

Observability & Monitoring

Day-to-day responsibilities 🗒️

Develop and maintain our Chrome extension for importing data from various sources into our Notion-based CRM

Build and improve internal tools and automation scripts to enhance team productivity

Manage and maintain our AWS infrastructure and services

Support team members with technical issues and tool usage

Monitor system performance and respond to incidents

Document processes, tools, and systems

Collaborate with other teams to understand their needs and implement solutions

Working hours ⏰

We are mainly based on CET Timezone. The role requires >6 hours overlap with CET, Monday to Friday.

40 hours a week is our full time
